I remember Costello from the early 1980's. Never really understood his music, and always had the perception that the music and the singing, sometimes, went separate ways ? Anyway....after a bit more than two hours alone on the stage, you have to surrender to this great performer. I was far from understanding all his lyrics, but I had the feeling that he meant what he was singing....(his very deep-British sense of humor, not to forget).

Best in show: Watching the Detectives (and the TV-screen)

A trip (and a laugh) through Python, Fawlty Towers, sex, race, violence, death and political correctness. We got to see his favorite scene throughout Fawlty Towers, the one with Luan Peters and the switcher....and I fully agree with that. Two hours of quality entertainment.

The graceful tiny body with a voice like an eruptive volcano. She is not just a great "Fadista", but a world-class performer. I still wonder how the musicians were able to play at such a level for 2,5 hours ?

Beginning a concert with a sitting audience....and ending it with a dancing crowd is the best appreciation you can ever get. "El Grupo" knows how to perform, and old Compay was certainly up there keeping an eye on "los muchachos"

Salif Keita`s music penetrates through your body and awakes parts of yourself to life. His voice is a combination of joy and sorrow, and no one remains untouched. Believe me....it takes a lot to get a Swedish audience to stand up and dance, and that was no big task for Keita.
