Under any circumstances, will we get any new buildings of such quality ! Take a close look at those thick and firm brick walls....what a waste 😡

Back in the 1980's, we could dream of affordable, playable, instruments. The quality back then was deplorable on most cheap instruments. Today one can buy a splendid electric guitar without going into bankruptcy.
